Japanese Curry
My favorite style of curry!

Ingredients (2 persons):
250 grams of ground beef 1 onion chopped 1 carrot cut in small cubes 2 potatoes cut in small cubes 1 cube of Japanese curry (any brand) half a cup of water salt and pepper some cooking oil
How to prepare:
1. Saute the onion and ground beef with some cooking oil in a pan.
2. Then add the vegetables and continue stirring. Pour the water and add the cube of japanese curry.
3. Let it simmer for about ten to fifteen minutes. Season to taste.
4. Serve with cooked rice.
