Ginataang Alimasag or Talangka
Ginataan dish for healthier meal.

Ingredients (3 persons):
8 pieces okra
10 pieces dried kamias
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Wash crabs thoroughly with tap water. Drain.
2. Pour thin coconut milk in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, ginger. Simmer for minutes.
3. Add crab and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Add the rest of the vegetable, salt/pepper and simmer. Pour in thick coconut milk and dried kamias. Stirring occasionally until sauce becomes thick and oily. Garnish chopped
