Fruity Panna cotta
Rich, sweet, creamy, fruity taste gelatin-like dessert

Ingredients (10 persons):
4 cups heavy cream1/2 cup sugar2 tsp vanilla extract2 packets powdered gelatin, approx 4 1/2 tsps6 tbsp(90 ml) cold waterFresh fruits for toppings
How to prepare:
Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan or microwave.
Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water in a medium-sized bowl and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour the very warm cream and sugar mixture over the gelatin and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Divide the panna cotta into the prepared cups, then chill them until firm, which will take at least 2-4 hours.
To serve, top with strawberries or any fresh fruits.
