Java Rice
Java rice is fried rice cooked with turmeric and annatto powder to give its signature yellow color; best paired with grilled meat, chicken and fish.

Ingredients (4 persons):
2 Tbsp margarine
1 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups cooked rice
1/3 cup UFC Banana Catsup
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Egg omelette , cooked hotdog and ham
How to prepare:
- Heat margarine and Golden Fiesta Oil. Saute garlic until light brown. Add UFC Banana Catsup. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add rice. Toss to blend well. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with toppings if desired.
