Lumpiang Hubad
Crisp vegetables topped with a sweet peanut sauce. Meat lovers will likewise appreciate how it lends freshness to other viands.

Ingredients (4 persons):
3 Tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc medium onion, sliced
1 cup thinly sliced kamote
½ cup thinly sliced singkamas
½ cup thinly sliced carrot
½ cup thinly sliced Baguio beans
3 Tbsp cooked garbanzos, (optional)
1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Patis
¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
LUMPIA SAUCE:
1 cup water
¼ cup SILVER SWAN Soy Sauce
½ cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp cornstarch , dissolved in 3 Tbsp water
TOPPINGS:
1 small head (120 g) lettuce, separated
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup ground peanuts
3 Tbsp chopped garlic
¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
How to prepare:
- Saute garlic and onions. Add remaining vegetables and seasonings. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- Combine all ingredients for sauce. Simmer with continuous stirring until thickens. Set aside.
- Serve vegetables topped with sauce and peanuts.
