Pinoy Bibimpap
Korean food is widely available in the Philippines. The secret is all in the sauce! Enjoy this dish with any seasonal vegetables you can find!

Ingredients (4 persons):
2 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
2 pc egg,( fried sunny side up)
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 kg ground pork
2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Pinoy Spice Vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp UFC Whole Pepper, crushed
1 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup
2 Tbsp UFC Pieces and Stems Mushrooms
½ pc cucumber , sliced
2 Tbsp carrot strips
¼ cup togue
¼ cup shredded cabbage
SAUCE :
2 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup, mixed with
1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
How to prepare:
- Combine ingredients for meat topping. Mix well. Saute in Golden Fiesta Oil until cooked. Set aside.
