VEGAN PICADILLO

Ingredients (3 persons):
500g Frozen Firm Tofu 2 medium size Red Bell Peppers 250g Frozen Mixed Veggies 1 cup Dried Cranberries 2 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning Herbs 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper Himalayan salt to taste2 Tbsp Sesame Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil for sauteingLiquid seasoning, depends on your taste.
How to prepare:
1. Crumble the frozen and thawed firm tofu.
2. Sauté the crumbled tofu with extra virgin olive oil. Cook about 5 minutes in medium heat/fire.
3. Add the frozen mixed veggies, red bell peppers, and cranberries. Cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Add all seasoning and dried herbs. Add sesame oil. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
