PORK FLOSS BUN (Breadtalk Copycat)

Ingredients (10 persons):

PORK FLOSS BUN (Yield:12pcs)
Part 1:
1/2 cup warm milk
2tsp instant dry yeast
1 Tbsp Sugar
-Sprinkle yeast and sugar over warm milk then let rest for 5-10mins
Part 2:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
pinch of salt
3Tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
-mix together then add in the Yeast mixture
-Knead for 5-7mins, ung saken hndi nako nag add ng flour while kneading kc hndi n sticky ung dough. Bilugin at ilagay sa bowl na pinahiran ng oil, cover and Let rise for 1-2hrs
-After 1 or 2hrs punch the dough to release the gas, pwede nyo din iroll using rolling pin.
-Measure 50grams of dough then roll it into ball shape, repeat the process til all dough are formed, place in pan then let rise again for 30-mins to 1 hr.
- Brush top with milk and
-Bake for 20-25mins @ 350F
TOPPING:
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2Tbsp Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp Light Corn syrup
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
-Mix til well combined. Spread on top of bread
- Sprinkle with ready made Pork Floss.
